The room was spacious with good design. The hotel is near many shops and restaurants. Communication was good before I arrived, which I appreciate. The desk was staffed 24 hours.
The street noise LATE at night was slightly disruptive.

the hotel had a prime location near many restaurants. the staff was very helpful, especially with luggage assistance (they helped me immediately). i enjoyed the acropolis view from my window.
the street was noisy. it was due to the bars below, so it played music late into the night. i also heard the church bells in the morning, so it was quite disturbing (i am a light sleeper).

the staff was really helpful and cute at all times. i appreciated the free water and juice available . the location was central for restaurants, shops and bars. i liked the amazing view of the acropolis from the balcony.
I noticed some noise from outside. It was all wooden so i heard people walking and moving during the night.

mixed feelings about my stay

the location was central to everything i wanted to see. it made getting around quite easy.
I was disappointed with the room assigned. It didn't match the photos i saw online. the furniture felt worn and in need of replacement, and the lighting was dim because many bulbs were burnt out. also, the fridge wasn't working, inconvenient.

the location proved very convenient. i found many restaurants and major sights within easy walking distance. the staff i encountered were generally friendly and helpful (i appreciated their assistance). the king size bed was very comfortable.
the wifi speed was disappointing . the music from the downstairs bar was quite loud and disruptive (especially in the evening). this made it difficult to relax in my room. there were also several mosquitoes in the room.

The hotel's location proved excellent. I found it convenient to walk to many attractions. The staff offered helpful tips. They also provided complimentary water and snacks. The location is AMAZING!!!
The stairs to access the reception were somewhat inconvenient with heavy luggage. I found about seven steps to navigate. Assistance with carrying bags would improve the arrival process.
